All rights reserved. Without the prior written permission of Affilica InPractice Software Ltd, this material may not be reproduced, in full or part, in any format including photocopying, printing, electronic memory storage, scanning, recording, retrieval system and such like.
Purchasers of this product may use it only within their firm but this concession under the copyright does not extend to sale or passing on of copies to third parties and/or firms associated to or grouped with the purchaser.
Anyone discovered breaching the copyright will be prosecuted and complaints will be lodged with his/her professional body.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the content, no responsibility can be accepted for any loss occasioned to any person or corporate acting or refraining from action as a result of the information contained herein or using this template.
AUDIT WORK COMPETENCE
Users are expected to have the ability, training and competence to be able to carry out their professional auditing work to the International Standards of Auditing. The purchase of InPr Audit File does not entail training from us as the supplier to you as the buyer or user.
USAGE
You can log in anytime from anywhere with the password you set at registration stage. It is your responsibility to (a) create your password that is sufficiently complex to avoid unauthorised usage and (b) not disclose to others or leave it in written format for others to access easily.
At the Audit Planning Stage, the Senior Statutory Auditor (who is the sign-off auditor carrying professional liability insurance) allocates parts of InPractice Audit File to chosen members of their audit team. Therefore certain parts of the InPractice Audit File will therefore not be accessible to audit team members who are not authorised in this way. If you want to be able to work on certain parts of it, first talk to your Senior Statutory Auditor.
SIGN-OFF & BACKUP
When you sign-off, a link to download a PDF of your InPr Audit File will arrive in the bottom left hand corner of your screen. Click to open and check.
You are required to keep backups of it on hard disk, cloud, own server, memory stick, etc.
Find a copy of it in your root subdirectory "Downloads". C:/Downloads
If you lost your PDF copy within 6 years, an admin charge is payable but whilst we will try we cannot guarantee we will be able to find a copy of it for you.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We have set our software programming in such a way that we do not see or have visibility of how you populate your InPr Audit File since your work is confidential between you and your client.
SAVE WORK
It is essential to click on "save" button regularly.
If you lose or delete or over-write your live work in progress before saving or sign-off, we are unable to provide a backup copy thereof.
BROWSER & WI-FI
Users are required to update and maintain their web browser and Wi-Fi signal for their internet access.
In the rare event that this service goes offline, the user must inform InPractice Software and allow 24 hours for them to liaise with the server service providers.
No liability can be accepted for circumstances beyond the control of InPractice Software.
SAVE SPEED
The processing time depends on the capacity of your computer RAM and Wi-Fi bandwidth. The higher it is the faster it goes.

LIABILITY & GUARANTEE
This product has been in use for over 25 years; see “Testimonials”.
The maximum liability accepted is a refund of the purchase price of the software if the buyer can demonstrate any defect.
PAYMENT
Payment is online in advance by card at the time of purchase. If you want to pay by bank transfer, contact us.
DELIVERY
New users are required to register to create a new account.
Allow up to 24 hours for authorisation clearance.
InPractice Software reserves the right to refuse registration in case of abuse or fraud.
When the online payment is authorised by the card service provider, download is almost instantaneous.
TERMINATION
Where there is reason to believe abuse, fraud or defalcation has taken place, InPractice Software reserves the right to suspend the user’s account to investigate and if necessary terminate the user’s account.
